Reminder, the U.S. Treasury owns $2.1 billion in preferred GM stock and has a 60.8 percent stake in the company. This means that, despite all the trumpeting about supposedly repaying their bailout loans ahead of schedule, the U.S. government still owns GM. Which means our tax dollars are still funding GM. And what is GM doing with that money? GM is supporting Chinese communist propaganda: In late 2010, General Motors agreed to sponsor a propaganda film celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
