Oh, NOW he takes “full responsibility” for his actions?
Just a few days ago, Democrat Rep. Anthony Weiner was falsely claiming his Twitter account was hacked. Just a few days ago, Democrat Anthony Weiner indignantly huffed, “This is a Twitter hoax, a prank that was done. I was the victim of this.” And just a few days ago, Democrat Rep. Anthony Weiner claimed he “can’t say with certitude” whether or not he is the person in the now-infamous crotch photo.

But today, Andrew Breitbart published numerous embarrassing photos that the married Congressman sent to various women from his official “Member of Congress, 9th District, New York City” Twitter account, as well as information about the sexual chats he engaged in.
All of a sudden — certitude!
But get this: Weiner may have apologized but he refuses to resign. According to weasels like him, resignation is for Republicans only. When a Democrat is caught with their pants literally down, they simply act sanctimonious. “I do not see anything I did that violates the rules of the House.” He has absolutely no shame. Or principles, for that matter. But then again, he’s a Democrat so that should come as no surprise.
I wonder what DNC spokesparrot Debbie Wasserman-Schultz will say now that her ridiculous claim that it’s “a personal matter” has been debunked by Weiner himself?
I wonder if she’ll be consistent and denounce Weiner the way she did during Republican Mark Foley’s scandal:
“This goes beyond Rep. Foley, it goes to the values of the Congressional leadership. These are not family values, these are not American values.”
As Legal Insurrection recalls, she went as far as to demand the resignation of then-Speaker Denny Hastert for not addressing the Foley matter quickly enough:
“What I’ve called for is an investigation to be completed within 10 days. And quite honestly, yes, I do think that Denny Hastert should resign . . . I‘d like to see the Republican caucus call upon their leadership, Speaker Hastert, Majority Leader Boehner, to get this resolved quickly. Do it before the election. And I haven‘t heard them say that. They‘re saying have the FBI investigate, have the House Ethics Committee investigate. They need to push their leadership to get this resolved so that they can move on, and we can make sure that we can restore the trust that they have shaken the public in Congress.”
So, let’s review the Democrat Party’s official stance: When a Republican is involved in wrongdoing, it’s “not American values.” When it’s a Democrat, it’s a “personal matter.” Thanks for clearing that up!

UPDATE 6/12: If these new pics taken in the House of Representatives gymnasium aren’t Photoshop fakes (and they don’t appear to be), Weiner is finished. Well, should be finished. But as demonstrated by Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, and most recently, Charles Rangel, Democrats have no trouble remaining in office — and being reelected — after being disgraced or even convicted of crimes.

Democrats have stepped up calls for US Congressman Anthony Weiner to resign over his lewd online exchanges with women, as new dirty photos allegedly tweeted by the politician surfaced.
The latest pictures, published by the TMZ gossip news website and allegedly tweeted to at least one woman, show Weiner photographing himself with his cellphone in suggestive positions, including in a towel clutching his crotch.
In a potentially career-ending twist, they also appear to have been taken in the House of Representatives gymnasium, said the report, which suggested this could be the final straw that forces his resignation.
