Remember November!
Tomorrow, We The People have an opportunity to send a message to Washington.
NO, YOU CAN’T continue to ignore us!
NO, YOU CAN’T raise our taxes!
NO, YOU CAN’T keep allowing our borders and our laws to be ignored by foreign invaders.
NO, YOU CAN’T pass legislation without even reading it!
NO, YOU CAN’T take away our healthcare!
NO, YOU CAN’T keep spending!
NO, YOU CAN’T enslave our grandchildren with more debt!
NO, YOU CAN’T change America into a socialist nation!
To borrow a familiar parlance, let me be clear: We don’t want a return to George W. Bush, we want a return to George Washington!
If you didn’t already vote early, get out and vote tomorrow.
Change back the “change,” hold our elected representatives accountable for their arrogance and corruption, bring common sense back to our republic, and restore America to the beacon of liberty she was intended to be.

I really liked the following quote from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rally_to_Restore_Sanity_and/or_Fear
But we live now in hard times, not end times. And we can have animus, and not be enemies. But unfortunately, one of our main tools in delineating the two broke. The country’s 24-hour politico–pundit' perpetual panic "conflictinator" did not cause our problems, but its existence makes solving them that much harder. The press can hold its magnifying glass up to our problems, bringing them into focus, illuminating issues heretofore unseen. Or they can use that magnifying glass to light ants on fire, and then perhaps host a week of shows on the "dangerous, unexpected flaming-ants epidemic!" If we amplify everything, we hear nothing.
By virtue of these blog posts, you are, TRULY, a member of the CONFLICTINATOR Army!
Oh "Soap", you're just so right. How dare I bring attention to the issues. How dare I expect our elected officials to govern within the limits established for them by the Constitution? How dare I resist the agenda of people who openly side with Communists?
If only I could ignore all the facts and just embrace a nice, touchy-feely speech of reconciliation, voiced by someone who's been one of the chief bomb-throwers on the Left, on the eve of an election to repudiate the Left's position. How convenient that the ones saying "Come on, everyone, let's work together" are the ones who have refused to work with Republicans for the past 4 years, they ones who have forced a radical agenda through Congress despite a tremendous outpouring of opposition from a majority of Americans. The ones who now fear a reckoning for their arrogance and their actions are the ones suddenly crying for cooperation.
Where was this call for "sanity" during 8 years of likening our president to a chimpanzee? Where was this call for "sanity" when our president was openly mocked and demonized as Bushitler?
Sorry if I don't believe the Left when they disingenuously change their tune just prior to an election which doesn't appear to be going their way.
I don't have a problem with pulling together as Americans and working together. That's what we've always done. But that's NOT what we've heard nor seen from the Left ever since they came into power. It was "our way or the highway." Or, to put it as President Obama put it, we had to blindly accept his agenda because "he won." Well, now it's time for the rest of the country to have a say — based on the rule of law rather than what feels good at the moment.
By the way, your little rally for "sanity" had more than its fair share of hatred. For instance, urging the death of Salman Rushdie and putting Hitler mustaches on Sarah Palin, Sarah Palin, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, Glenn Beck, and Rush Limbaugh. That's not exactly a shining example of "sanity" or civility, is it? Just another way for the Left to tell the right to sit down, shut up, and "sit in the back."
No thanks.
Way to go Metal!!!!!!!!!!
Soap does not seem to want to peer into a mirror for what they may see is not American.
