Lt. Col. Allen West speaks out against jihadists
U.S. Representative-elect for Florida’s 22nd congressional district, Lt. Colonel (RET) Allen West sounds off like he’s got a pair as he tells reporter Tommy Chandler how he would handle the fight against Islamic jihad.
This man understands the nature of our enemy, but more importantly he understands what is necessary for victory. THIS is what a Commander-In-Chief should sound like! (h/t: Idiots4Obama)

“When you say ‘War on Terrorism,’ that’s a terrible misnomer because terrorism is a tactic. You can’t fight a tactic. It’d be just like saying in World War Two, we were fighting ‘blitzkrieg’ or we were fighting ‘kamikaze.’ No one has clearly defined and articulated who this enemy is. No one has stood up and said ‘It’s radical Islamic ideology and the states that are sponsoring it.’ These terrorist groups are just their means of footsoldiers.”
At 1:42…
“We’ve got to start shutting them down. Lt. Colonel West also has plenty to say about the qualities of leadership and President Obama’s lack thereof. The full interview is a little over six minutes long, but it’s very much worth it to hear good old-fashioned common sense rather than the ineffectual political correctness we’ve been treated to for the past several decades.
In case you haven’t already heard LTC West’s victory speech, you owe it to yourself to give it a listen. It’s refreshing to hear such a passionate articulation of American pride!
