The Democrat party really seems to be coming unglued. Despite the fact that they hold the White House as well as majorities in both houses of Congress, they can’t manage to slip their totalitarian ideas past the American people. Citizens are speaking out in increasing numbers, petitioning their elected representatives to make their voices heard.
And it’s making the Democrats lose their minds.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) made the news yesterday by demonizing health care protesters, claiming – without evidence – that Americans who are expressing their disapproval of Obamacare are “carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on healthcare.”
Where did she get such ridiculous information? None other than the leftist cesspool, DailyKos. Wiz Bang‘s Kevin Aylward did some investigation on Pelosi’s accusation, discovered the source and subsequently found the agitprop to be completely without merit.
It’s easy to see this tactic as one from Obama’s mentor, Saul Alinsky:
RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)
Since Speaker Pelosi is clearly spreading disinformation, should she be reported to the White House and included on Obama’s “enemies list?”

UPDATE: It’s been interesting to read the comments left by liberals on Ben Smith’s blog at Politico.com. To hear them describe it, anyone showing up at Town Hall meetings to disagree with the tyranny of Obama’s nationalized health care is a “thug.” Anyone who dares express a dissenting opinion to their elected representative is “full of hate.” Concerned citizens exercising their Constitutional rights are just “idiotic mobs.” All because they refuse to bend over and be sodomized by those amongst us who wish to pervert our nation into a totalitarian clone of Stalin’s Soviet Union.
For 8 years, America has had to endure the shrill tactics of leftist groups like Code Pink & ACORN. Now it’s looking like Democrats don’t like the taste of their own medicine. Nor the scent of democracy.
