While speaking at the Critical Resistance conference, barking moonbat Cynthia McKinney simultaneously demonstrates that she’s too insane for even the Democrats and proves why the Green Party will never be taken seriously.

In this clip, she indicts the “prison industrial complex” with a hearsay conspiracy: she claims that during Hurricane Katrina, the government rounded up 5,000 prisoners, shot each one in the head and dumped their bodies in a Louisiana swamp. (h/t: Sweetness & Light)
