Lemme see if I have this straight. Columbia University bans the ROTC because “the U.S. military remains closed to openly gay personnel,” yet they’re falling all over themselves to host a terrorist DICKtator who executes homosexuals?
And these are the people who believe President Bush is evil?
Daily Kos, the new “mainstream” of the Democrat party, came out today with a poll where 45% of their readers would prefer to have Ahmadinejad as President of the USA.
They want Mahmoud Ahmadinejad – the terrorist scumbag who’s actively helping Hamas, Hezbollah, and al-Qaeda terrorists murder American soldiers – to be their elected leader. The same guy who helped assault the US embassy in Tehran (an act of war) and held Americans hostage for 444 days.
If that’s not enough to convince you of the absolute insanity of a frightening percentage of Democrats, another Kos-sack wrote a piece today, where she literally swoons over the very despot who would have no compunction about having her stoned to death for her sexuality.
I know I’m a Jewish lesbian and he’d probably have me killed. But still, the guy speaks some blunt truths about the Bush Administration that make me swoon…Okay, I admit it. Part of it is that he just looks cuddly. Possibly cuddly enough to turn me straight.

There are certainly many things about Ahmadinejad that I abhor — locking up dissidents, executing of gay folks, denying the fact of the Holocaust, potentially adding another dangerous nuclear power to the world and, in general, stifling democracy. Even still, I can’t help but be turned on by his frank rhetoric calling out the horrors of the Bush Administration and, for that matter, generations of US foreign policy preceding.

Yeah, as long as a homicidal maniac speaks out against a Republican president, the far left can scarcely keep their panties dry.
