Time for new ink!
This past weekend was a fun one. In addition to being able to spend time with my daughter, it was time for the Japanese Spring Festival at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. So we drove over and enjoyed a beautiful day at the gardens, enjoying the traditional dances, demonstrations, and sushi. And I managed to snag a cool little Raku cup, too.
Last night, traci and I decided to go out for karaoke on a spur of the moment. We had such a great time for New Year’s over in the “gayborhood” that we’ve been wanting to go back some time. And last night seemed to present itself. So there ya are. We headed on over the The Round-Up Saloon in Oaklawn for some singin’ and some drinkin’. I made with the country songs (the song list was very limited) and traci belted out several showtunes, much to the delight of the bar’s patrons.
And now today, we’re headed over to Fine Line Tattoo in Garland to get some new ink! How great is that?
Now all I need is to get a job.
