Hack job

I’m so freakin’ thirsty right now, it’s not even funny. ‘Cause I’ve not been able to eat or drink anything as of midnight last night. And, being the creature of habit that I am, I’m already missing my big glass of V8 Fusion and a Sobe NoFear that I’ve normally enjoyed by this time.

Why am I going without fluids, you may be asking? Because my surgeon told me to. I’m having some colon surgery this afternoon and I’m not allowed to eat or drink anything until afterwards because I’ll be under anesthesia.

All that just to say, blogging may either be very thin (or VERY prolific) over the next day or so, depending on how I feel after coming home this afternoon. I’m itching to sound off about the “Iraq Study Group.”
