Ready to vote yet?

Ok, tomorrow is the last day for early voting, so let’s take a look at where the Republicans and Democrats stand on the issues. If you haven’t voted yet, I hope you study up on your candidates and their positions before next Tuesday’s election.

Do ya notice a theme here? Democrats oppose. That’s pretty much all they do. Obstruct and demean. Nothing constructive, nothing substantive. And certainly nothing which will help improve our country.

Well, that’s not entirely true. They are in favor of a few things. Like higher taxes. Socialism. Rampant pork. Suppression of our Judeo-Christian heritage. Unchecked lawsuits. Continued dependence on foreign oil. Unguarded borders. An endless procession of illegal immigrants. And free reign for terrorists to operate inside the USA.

They don’t say it that way, of course. Duh. They make sure to cloak it in words like “real security”, “budget discipline”, and pretty much anything with the words “… for the children” tacked on the end. ‘Cause that makes it sound better, right? But make no mistake, many of their “progressive” ideas are right in line with those of our enemies.

Republicans are definitely a flawed choice. But the Democrats are even more so. And their misguided ideas will take our country in dangerous directions, both at home and abroad. Just take a look at the Democrat leadership: Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. Do you really think they’d do a better job running our legislative branch? Their radical agenda for America is every bit as noxious as anything that al Qaeda could implement, if given the chance.

- Retreat and surrender in Iraq and Afghanistan will show the world that all terrorists must do to defeat America is wear down our resolve.

- Higher taxes will stifle our healthy economy.

- And the overwhelming strain, culturally and monetarily, that illegal aliens place on our schools, hospitals, and economy in general will continue to balloon out of control. Catering to illegals in the hopes of garnering more votes is appalling.

Rather than voting against Republicans because of whatever anti-Bush propaganda you may have inadvertently swallowed over the past 6 years, think carefully about what you are voting for this year.
