Dems now stand for pedophilia?

When a politician is seen as having an unnatural attraction to young boys, Democrats want him ousted. Unless the politican in question is a Democrat, in which case it’s hunky-dory!

That’s precisely what’s going on in the Virginia race for Senate between Senator George Allen and challenger Jim Webb.

Democrats are quick to denouce Foley, who was ousted after his abnormal behavior was discovered. Yet they’re slow to speak out against it when it’s one of their own. In fact, I heard caller after caller this morning defending Webb’s pederastic incest writings.

Hypocrisy from the Democrats. Go figure.

UPDATE: To be fair, this whole mudslinging episode is getting way overblown. And I feel like I need a bath. Both the Allen and Webb campaigns have conducted some pretty underhanded mudslinging tactics, and I’m sad to say I allowed myself to be caught up in it. I stand by my statements that Democrats won’t admit when their own candidates have moral failings. But this particular race has had ludicrous examples dredged up on both sides. I say we get back to the issues and beat Democrats based on their own misguided positions.
