Democrats expect big increases

I just saw a news story that dementia is on the rise.

The number of people suffering from dementia is expected to double every 20 years and could reach more than 81 million worldwide by 2040, health experts predicted on Friday.

That explains why Democrats are optimistic about their chances in 2006 and 2008 – they’ll have all the votes they could want!
